Whether your production is automated or you hang products by hand, the International Clip range includes the right loop for your process: on spool, for in-line use with our machine accessories, or pre-cut, for manual application.
Loops on spool
Designed for use on International Clip clipping machines via the loop inserter (a dedicated optional accessory). The loop is fed directly from the spool and applied in line, with no manual steps. Available with 2, 3 or 4 strands and with a single knot or a reinforced double knot, depending on the weight of the product.
Manual pre-cut loops
Loops already cut to fixed lengths, designed for manual application. Ideal for craft production, small batches or products with irregular shapes that cannot be processed in line.
How to read
a loop.
Loops on spool are identified by four dimensional parameters: A (pitch between consecutive loops on the carrier), B (width of the carrier or of the loop body), C (height of the carrier) and D (total length of the loop, from the attachment point to the end knot).
For manual loops, the relevant parameters are B (body length) and D (total length).

The material of the thread determines the loop’s mechanical performance and how well it holds under processing conditions: humidity, temperature, curing. That is why International Clip loops, both on spool and manual, are made of polypropylene.

International Clip loops comply with international regulations for food contact. This is the minimum standard we guarantee across the entire range, regardless of colour or size.
Compliance with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations (21 CFR) is particularly relevant for customers who export to the United States or to markets that adopt American standards. Dual European and American compliance gives the finished product the greatest freedom of geographical distribution.
