IC 800
The Automatic double clipping machine IC 800 is the new International Clip clipping machine designed for processing the 800 series clips, ideal for the production of long and straight products for cold cuts, moulded hams, mortadella up to 280 calibre. Fibrous casings, collagen, textiles and plastics can be processed. The machine retains maximum reliability and ease of use:
• Four swivel wheels for comfortable handling;
• Product over-spreading up to 300 mm electrically adjustable from the panel;
• External mechanical adjustments for clip pressure and scissors hole;
• New retractable output belt with electrically variable speed;

The IC 800 clipping machine is equipped with additional accessories, such as a loops inserter and a pneumatic casing brake.

• Articulated support for the filling tube to facilitate a
quick casing change (accessory included in the basic

• Pneumatic casing brake allows the most delicate casings
to be filled at high pressure to ensure a uniform calibre;
• Automatic loops inserter with right-hand mounting for
easy manual hanging of long products GS25;
• Casing end switch;
• Length Portioning with photocell guarantees a constant
length for sliced products;
• Roller extension for sliced products up to 1600 mm;
• Second control panel at the end of the conveyor belt;
